Returns Policy:

At Taqwa Thobes, we take great care in every garment we create. Should you need to return an item, the following policy applies.

Change of Mind

In line with UK consumer law, you may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items. To do so, please notify us by email within this period. Items must then be returned within a further 14 days.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Exceptions

For hygiene and craftsmanship reasons, custom-made or personalised garments are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage, in accordance with your statutory rights.
